These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of kaventlife.com and purchases from Kavent. The store is operated by EVERYDAY ORBIT LTD.
1. Eligibility and customer information
You must have legal capacity to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, delivery, contact, and payment information and for keeping that information current until the order is completed.
2. Products and safe use
We aim to display product descriptions, images, prices, specifications, and availability accurately. Minor differences may result from screen settings, measurement methods, manufacturing updates, or product packaging. Before purchase and use, review all product information, dimensions, materials, compatibility information, instructions, warnings, and age or safety restrictions relevant to the product.
3. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order acknowledgement confirms that we received the order but does not necessarily confirm acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch because of unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, a restricted delivery destination, product safety concerns, or an inability to verify payment or delivery information. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
Orders may be subject to payment, address, identity, or fraud-prevention checks. Products may be dispatched separately when they are fulfilled from different locations.
4. Prices and payment
Unless otherwise shown, prices are displayed in US dollars. Shipping charges, applicable taxes, and the final order total are displayed before payment. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment is processed through third-party payment providers over an encrypted checkout connection. You confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
5. Promotions, reviews, and availability
Promotions apply only during the period and under the conditions displayed on the store. Product claims, discounts, availability messages, ratings, and reviews must reflect the information shown on the relevant product or promotion page. We may correct an obvious error or withdraw an unavailable offer before accepting an order.
6. Shipping and destination restrictions
Shipping locations, processing times, delivery estimates, charges, tracking, and customs information are described in our Shipping Policy. We may be unable to ship a product to a location because of carrier, customs, sanctions, product, safety, or legal restrictions.
7. Returns and refunds

8. Acceptable use
You must not use the store for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malicious code; provide false information; misuse a payment method; interfere with the store; or infringe the rights of another person.
9. Intellectual property
Store content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and videos, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
10. Third-party services
Our store uses Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfilment, delivery, analytics, advertising, and customer support services. Those providers may apply their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Electronic communications
Order acknowledgements, receipts, shipping updates, policy notices, and customer support messages may be provided electronically using the contact details supplied with the order.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs action, severe weather, public authority action, network failure, or supply interruption. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory rights, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to those rights, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that result from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
14. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms for future use of the store or future orders. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protections available under the law of your country of residence.
